      The purpose of management, leadership, parenting, teaching and coaching is exactly this: To manage change in a healthy way with Natural Intelligence!

      It is now understood that everything that was accepted as a manifesto in the past accelerates climate change and is not sustainable! Thus, a new culture, a new approach is needed; "A learning organization". In order for an organization to grow and survive, it must be healthy, and health is related to Natural Intelligence in biological systems. That's why there are no diseases in Nature, as in humans. (Another example: In nature, mammals give birth to millions of babies every day in the world, but none of them require a cesarean section. But in humans, 70% of all births have turned into a serious surgery!)

      What does Natural Intelligence mean for schools and organizations at a time when our population is 8 billion and we use three times the resources of the world? As a result, global warming continues at full speed.

        NATURAL INTELLIGENCE MATCH ANALYSIS

        1) For schools: Starting from the age of 4, children now have the opportunity to measure their Natural Intelligence objectively and very quickly, without psychological interviews. Based on these measurements, the school organization can much better plan the classroom teacher and areas of missing learning to create targeted demand and interest from students. This is how sustainable learning happens quickly, that is, if the motivation to learn can be built from within! In other words, if the Natural Intelligence of Management, Instructors and Students can be strengthened, sustainable learning and teamwork will occur. In our opinion, performance is not just about grades, it is about strengthening the Natural Intelligence of today's generation and the School organization for real solutions against Global Warming for a new world in the future.

              How can people and organizations cope with increasing climate complexities?

              When I encountered the Native American tradition in the mid-1990s, I was struck by the complementarity between Western logic and the "global thinking" (everything is in everything) of the sages there. Since then, I have discovered from biological systems how to effectively and efficiently apply complexity, which is the fundamental problem of management. Today, the most important driving force for management no longer comes from economics, but from complex biological systems sciences. The world is changing very quickly and organizations and new teaching methods have to adapt quickly. Completely new products, processes and organizational structures will be needed worldwide.

              Biological systems have developed numerous solutions that can also be used for organizations. But we cannot copy nature, we can learn from it every day as it shows us better and more sustainable solutions.
