All biological systems have developed a Natural Intelligence by communicating in order to survive for a long time. Unfortunately, we as Homo Sapines have relied too much on technology to shape our future on earth. In doing so, we have alienated ourselves more and more from nature, especially from our personal natural intelligence.

In biological systems, natural intelligence has evolved through constant mutation. In the sense of BIONICS Intelligence, ideas and concepts are observed for the first time not only in Cartesian logic but in causal chains. Because nature works with non-linear principles. We are going far beyond traditional ideas about sustainability, leading to fundamental management innovations and triggering new solutions.

SELF ORGANIZATION IN NATURE!

Who or what organizes and controls complex systems? How does nature solve this problem? On the one hand, it is ordinary, but on the other hand, it is remarkable: Natural systems have no regulators, they regulate themselves; They don't have organizers, they organize it themselves. Two of the most important cybernetic principles in nature are self-regulation and self-organization. These are the universal, architectural and functional laws of nature. In natural systems, self-regulation and self-organization are thus cognitive and reproductive capabilities that are inherently embedded in collective strategy from the outset. We call this Natural Intelligence. There is no other system.

Nature offers us this diversity every day!

At the very beginning of life, creation produced simple systems such as single-celled organisms. Over millions of years, it has built on this primary system, moving into multicellularity and a higher level of Natural Intelligence to be able to solve complex tasks. Even among gregarious vertebrates, coordination within a group is so amazing that they are viewed as superorganisms composed of many individual entities. For example, many fish species live in fish schools. Viewed from the outside, a school of fish resembles a large organism, its limbs - which may be very few or millions - swimming in a dense formation, performing synchronous oscillations and rotations in almost perfect synchronicity.

When it comes to global warming, according to the current situation, it will be between 1.9°C and 3.3°C by 2030, not 1.5°C. We will be on the ground. The result will be many more heatwaves, floods and bushfires. The economy, and organizations and schools in particular, need to rethink far-reaching processes across the entire management for climate protection reasons. Just recycling cardboard, PET, glass, metal and expensive filter systems and how to reduce CO2 will no longer be enough! It is high time to initiate a change as Organizations and Schools face real challenges when it comes to the health of all living things and flora.

In order for us to collectively mobilize Natural Intelligence, team members will also need knowledge of how to apply Bonics Intelligence. For this purpose, Mr. CHAAVA's 6-R application pyramid was developed. It will be shown how levels 1 and 2 of the pyramid can be used optimally in school classrooms and corporate workplaces.
