WHAT DOES WATER HAVE TO DO WITH BODY TEMPERATURE?
Increasing pollution of air laden with positive ions is the main reason for the decline in biodiversity in drinking water. This situation gradually leads to various disorders and diseases in biological systems. Pure water contains many different mineral particles but in a very diluted form.
Natural drinking water slowly passes through mountain rock layers where it is naturally filtered and enriched with many types of minerals called electrolytes for water conductivity. This supports biological systems to optimally regulate body temperature (37°C)! In a biological system, the conductivity of water decreases as the number of freely moving charge carriers increases. In other words, contamination with conductive minerals or metals can reduce the electrical resistance in water. The higher the resistance, the lower the conductivity in the biological system!
The purpose of management, leadership, parenting, teaching and coaching is exactly this: To manage change thru Resilient way to support Natural Intelligence!
It is now understood that everything that was accepted as a manifesto in the past accelerates climate change and is not sustainable! Thus, a new culture, a new approach is needed; "A learning organization". In order for an organization to grow and survive, it must be healthy, and health is related to Natural Intelligence in biological systems. That's why there are no diseases in Nature, as in humans. (Another example: In nature, mammals give birth to millions of babies every day in the world, but none of them require a cesarean section. But in humans, 70% of all births have turned into a serious surgery!)
What does Natural Intelligence mean for schools and organizations at a time when our population is 8 billion and we use three times the resources of the world? As a result, global warming continues at full speed.
SELF ORGANIZATION IN NATURE!
Who or what organizes and controls complex systems? How does nature solve this problem? On the one hand, it is ordinary, but on the other hand, it is remarkable: Natural systems have no regulators, they regulate themselves; They don't have organizers, they organize it themselves. Two of the most important cybernetic principles in nature are self-regulation and self-organization. These are the universal, architectural and functional laws of nature. In natural systems, self-regulation and self-organization are thus cognitive and reproductive capabilities that are inherently embedded in collective strategy from the outset. We call this Natural Intelligence. There is no other system.
Nature offers us this diversity every day!
At the very beginning of life, creation produced simple systems such as single-celled organisms. Over millions of years, it has built on this primary system, moving into multicellularity and a higher level of Natural Intelligence to be able to solve complex tasks. Even among gregarious vertebrates, coordination within a group is so amazing that they are viewed as superorganisms composed of many individual entities. For example, many fish species live in fish schools. Viewed from the outside, a school of fish resembles a large organism, its limbs - which may be very few or millions - swimming in a dense formation, performing synchronous oscillations and rotations in almost perfect synchronicity.
Natural Intelligence and Sustainability: A Journey of Empowerment from Within!
A culture of sustainability cannot be bought, but can grow organically from within. To achieve this goal, we offer you a three-stage journey:
As our population exceeds 8 billion and we use the world's resources threefold, Natural Intelligence takes on new meaning for companies and organizations. To ensure sustainability, we need to create change, starting from within. Therefore, it is high time for organizations to align themselves for a new world to survive for a long time. Natural Intelligence is primarily about empowering management and employees from within so that everyone can work with full energy to emerge a new culture of sustainability in the future. Because you can't buy culture; it will grow and develop in a self-organized and coordinated manner, like a flower.
Natural intelligence is the key to this change. By enabling natural intelligence we can:
◆ Reducing team conflicts (mobbing, burnout..)
◆ Improving communication and collaboration
◆ Increasing motivation and productivity
◆ Achieving sustainable success
