General terms and conditions seminars, training courses & workshops of CHAAVA.COM as of 1.1.2022


1. Scope
a. These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as "GTC", apply to all services in the context of seminars, training courses, workshops, presentations and couching and similar events, hereinafter referred to as "seminars".
b. They are deemed to have been agreed upon acceptance of the service or the offer by CHAAVA.COM by the customer.
c. As far as contracts or offers of CHAAVA.COM contain different conditions, the individually offered or agreed contract rules take precedence over these terms and conditions.
d. The terms and conditions apply to all future offers and services of CHAAVA.COM within the scope of an ongoing business relationship with customers, even without explicit inclusion.
2. Seminar registration
Registration can be made by phone, in writing and is binding. Since the seminar dates resp. the number of participants is limited, the registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
3. Minimum number of participants
Seminars for private individuals are usually only carried out with 10 or more participants. Seminars for companies and organizations are not subject to a minimum number.
4. Maximum number of participants
In order to be able to achieve the training goals, the number of participants for all half-day and day seminars offered by CHAAVA.COM is limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Reserved are previously agreed exceptional cases with the respective MFT center, which usually result in the use of additional trainers.
5. Report the definite number of participants
CHAAVA.COM will receive the exact list of participants from the respective MFT center at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
6. Conducting seminars
If a seminar is canceled due to illness of the instructor or speakers, the number of participants is too small, as well as failures for which CHAAVA.COM is not responsible and force majeure, there is no entitlement to implementation. If possible, an alternative date will be offered. CHAAVA.COM assumes no liability for objects that are taken into the seminars or for other direct damage and costs including loss of earnings, lost profit or claims of third parties, data loss, travel costs, consequential and pecuniary damage of any kind.
7. Seminar cancellation
Cancellations and rebookings must be made in writing and only become legally valid after written confirmation from CHAAVA.COM. For all seminars and training courses, if canceled, the following will be charged: 31 to 60 calendar days before the seminar date 50% of the seminar price 11 to 30 calendar days before the seminar date 75% of the seminar price 0 to 10 calendar days before the seminar date 100% of the seminar price
8. Seminar success
The lessons and exercises in the seminars are designed so that an attentive participant can achieve the seminar goals. However, CHAAVA.COM is not liable for the success of the training.
9. Invoicing
If a customer's seminar assignment extends over several months, CHAAVA.COM is entitled to invoice the services rendered monthly in arrears.
10. Confidentiality
Both contracting parties undertake to treat information about the other contractual partner as confidential, unless this is information that is already known to the public. CHAAVA.COM is obliged to keep the business secrets of the customer that became known during the execution of the order confidential and to maintain confidentiality about the content and implementation of the cooperation and not to disclose business secrets that became known to him. The duty of confidentiality also extends beyond the duration of the cooperation.
11. Copyright seminar documents
All rights, including those of translation, reprinting and reproduction of all seminar documents or parts thereof, are reserved. The contents may be reproduced - even in part - without the written permission of CHAAVA.COM, not even for the purpose of teaching, in particular using electronic systems, processed, reproduced or used for public reproduction.
12. Payment terms
All fees are payable after the invoice date. The bills are to be paid without deductions. In the event of late payment, CHAAVA.COM is entitled to charge reasonable interest on late payments.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
14. Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of this contract be wholly or partially ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provisions will be replaced retrospectively by the same content as possible, which comes as close as possible to the purpose of the intended regulation.
